Write to [email protected]. If your question is about Pro or a dynamic code, quote your licence code (BNJ-XXXXXXXX) — it is the only identifier we have.
Common questions
My printed code stopped working. If it is a dynamic code, check that the code is still active and that your subscription is current; a deactivated code or an ended subscription stops forwarding. A static code cannot stop working on our side — if it will not scan, the print is usually too small, too low in contrast or missing its quiet zone (see the print-size guide on the site).
Can I change where a static code points? No. The destination is inside the code itself. Only a dynamic code can be re-pointed after printing.
Who is scanning my code? We do not know, and neither does the app. Scan statistics record time, a country code, a device family and the referring page — nothing that identifies a person.
The scan count looks too high or too low. Some messaging apps fetch a link to preview it, which can register as a scan; some corporate networks block the forward, which does not. Treat the numbers as an approximate trend.
I lost my licence code. Write to us with the email address you used at Stripe checkout and roughly when you subscribed, and we will look it up.
How do I cancel? Open the site with your licence active and use "Manage subscription"; that opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. Remember that dynamic codes stop forwarding after that.
The photo code will not scan. Photo codes trade reliability for looks by design. Print larger, use a high-contrast photo, and test with the phone you expect your readers to use before printing in volume.
